Discover the art of cheese making with local wine and cheesemaker, Bob Peruch.
After a light morning tea, Bob will take you through the art of traditional farmhouse cheddar and ricotta cheese making and share his knowledge on farm style cheeses.
Finish the masterclass off with a glass or two of Bob's legendary Pinot vintages while enjoying a lunch prepared by Wild at Heart with the delicious cheddar and ricotta cheese, and fresh local produce.
You will also have your own cheese to take home.
