Winemakers notes:
This premium wine is the first production of a pinot noir from 10 Chains Estate in Pemberton and has been worth the wait! Made from 100% estate grown grapes including vines grown as part of a trial in conjunction with DPIRD to determine which pinot noir clones are best suited to our wine region. The resulting wine is complex and full bodied.
Tasting notes:
Aromas of chocolate with an earthy lift. Flavours of cherry follow onto the palate with dusty tannins and a savoury finish.
