One of a new range of preservative free sparkling wines made using the Pet-Nat (Petillant Naturel) style. This old/new way of using traditional techniques, going back hundreds maybe thousands of years, is part of an exciting new wave adopting the philosophy of less is more! A traditional Champagne blend, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, that is unmistakable in flavour.
Tasting notes:
Wonderful salmon colour with trade mark toasty bouquet, mild acidity that sits well on the palate with strawberry flavours in abundance.
Preservative free with yeast lease remaining in the bottle. Store upright to avoid cloudiness in the wine. Serve well chilled. Note! further complexity will develop with age.
